Hi! I'm Mindy, I was born and raised here in Lubbock. I spent 21 years in the healthcare industry, 10 of which I managed a chiropractic office.
Now, as a licensed Mortgage Loan Advisor, I'm excited to bring that same dedication and commitment to the mortgage industry.
Exceptional customer service is my priority, and I believe in clear, consistent communication to ensure my clients feel informed and confident every step of the way. I'm passionate about serving others and take pride in making the home financing journey as smooth as possible for everyone involved.
Outside of helping others, I enjoy spending time with my family, nieces, friends and my boyfriend and our four dogs.
Blake Shepherd
I’m Blake Shepherd, a Mortgage Loan Advisor dedicated to making the home financing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. After going through the home-buying process myself, I was less than impressed with the experience. That’s why I prioritize integrity, trust, and clear communication—so my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way.
In addition to helping people secure the right mortgage, I also own Texas Defense, a small business that supports the community by providing firearms, suppressors, thermal and night vision equipment, and related accessories.
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart, Alexis, for 15 years, and together we have three incredible dogs—Maverick, a German Shepherd, and Lila and Taco, both Belgian Malinois. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, shooting, and cooking, especially when it comes to perfecting the art of a great steak.
